With over three decades working as a clinician, including 20 years as a clinical supervisor, I now focus on supporting the people who help other people. I provide clinical supervision and leadership and workplace consultancy to social workers, mental health practitioners and lawyers working with clients.

Throughout my career, I specialised in mental health, trauma and relationships, working in various roles as a clinician, clinical supervisor, couples therapist, manager, project manager, caseworker, trainer and leadership coach. I am committed to life-long leaning and hold degrees in social work, couple and family therapy, public service management, and qualifications in workplace coaching, and training. I am accredited as an AASW mental health social worker and a member of the Australian Clinical Supervisors Association.
